Reply to the welcome email, or call or text George at (256) 808-6861, with the school, your price range and when you want to move. We will set up a saved search for homes zoned for that school, and you will get new listings by email the day they hit the market.
2. Or start from the school's page
Every school we cover has its own page with the homes zoned for it, recent sales, its state grade and its feeder pattern. Pick a district or county:
Before you make an offer: the city on a mailing address does not decide the school. A Madison address can be zoned for Huntsville, Madison County or Limestone County schools. Check the school on each listing and confirm the address with the school district, since zones can change.
Touring homes
In Alabama you can tour homes with us without signing anything first. The written buyer agreement comes before you make an offer, not before a showing.
