Where does this information come from?
From Valley MLS listings for Madison, Limestone and Morgan counties, pulled live. The features come from the boxes listing agents check when they enter a home, so confirm the details before you buy.
Can I filter by public sewer or septic?
Yes. Every feature page has a Sewer filter so you can see homes on public sewer, septic or private sewer. That matters most for land, rural homes and anyone planning an addition or a pool.
Why might a home be missing?
If the listing agent did not check the feature box, the home will not show up even if it has the feature. Call or text (256) 808-6861 and we will search the listing descriptions too.
Can you set up alerts for a feature?
