Buyer questions

How much does it cost to use a buyer's agent?

In Alabama you can tour homes with us without signing anything first. Before you make an offer, we sign a written buyer agreement that spells out how we are paid. In many purchases the seller or builder offers to cover the buyer's agent fee, and we always look for that first. You will know the numbers up front.

How much do I need for a down payment?

It depends on the loan. Some programs allow very low or no down payment for eligible buyers, including VA and USDA loans, while conventional loans can start around 3 to 5 percent. A local lender can tell you which programs you qualify for.

I am relocating to Huntsville. Can you help from out of state?

Yes. We do live video tours, explain commutes and school zones, and can coordinate inspections and closing remotely.
