I have used George for two purchases and two sales. Let me start with this so you understand my full meaning. I have a seething loathing of realtors generally . Most are not interested in looking out for their clients and are only concerned with a quick commission. However, George and his team are the exception to the rule. His service was exceptional. He is very transparent and honest. His skills in negotiations have yielded profit in both sales I have worked with him on. He has a knack for pointing out things you wouldn't have even considered. I will definitely use George again if I need to do another real estate deal!

George did an incredible job. My husband and I were first time home buyers and he took the time to answer every question thoroughly and spent a lot of time making sure that we were comfortable with the process. He helped us with each step and was easy to contact at anytime. Once we decided on a house he made sure that we had all of the steps and tools to be ready to get it. He had lots of really helpful recommendations along the way as well. We closed on our house in less than 3 weeks from when we decided we wanted to see the house. It was a very fast, efficient, easy, and fun process l thanks to George! We would recommend him to anyone.

George is an amazing realtor. Our experiences with realtors in the past has been less than good. George changed all that. He spent 3 hours talking to us initially going over what he offered and answering all of our questions. We had been talking to another realtor, and they wanted us to make a bunch of concessions up front. George told us not to. Taking his advice allowed us to walk away from the sale of the house with $12K. Had we gone with the other realtor, we probably would have walked away with nothing. In buying a home, George walked us through numerous houses. Despite the fact that several days he had well over an hour drive to get home, he was always upbeat and positive. He made a stressful time less stressful. How many realtors out there would take your dog out? George did. If you want a realtor that fights for you and is completely honest, then call George. If we need to do another real estate transaction, George is who we are going to call!

George was amazing. Up front, I can't stand realtors. Most only focus on their commissions. George kept the conversation centered on our needs. We owned a house that was in a difficult location to sell at. His efforts got us a contract in 5 days for $3K over asking without any concessions. His advice was always centered on our best interests. When we were buying a new home, George pointed out issues with houses so we would walk in with out eyes open. We had him show us houses all over and he was always enthusiastic. By far, working with George has been the best real estate experience I have ever had. He kept us laughing and stayed positive to make everything as painless as possible. I highly reccomend him. If I need real estate services in the future, George is who I will call. Thanks George!!

As out of towners, George was too good for words as a realtor and general knowledge. He even set me on to a lender which I of course shot down at first, bc I already had one, but ended up going with due to a much better rate and experience overall. He told us to houses (builders) to stay away from and of course I wanted to see for myself anyway and of course he was right. To sum it up, George is the answer to selling, buying or even renting in the Huntsville area. Initially helped me find a rental, then I changed my mind and we started house shopping. Had a list a mile and half long of houses to look at, and George hit everyone we possibly could in the time that we had available.

Waaaaaay above and beyond. Couldn't imagine working with another group. Nothing was too much to ask and rarely did you have to. When I couldn't get to something in time he would handle it. He even let me back in my own house at the expense of missing a birthday party because I lost my keys on the moving mix up. And then showed up the next day with fresh sets of keys.

George was very helpful in the selling of the old residence and the purchase of the new. Although the selling agent of the new residence was being very difficult, George was very skillful in the negotiations and helped us in dealing with this VERY difficult agent, all which aided the wife and I to get through the process and Close on the house of our dreams.
