Buford Cove: 85 New Lots Next to Overton in Huntsville
Buford Cove is a new neighborhood of 85 lots on about 27 acres next to the Overton subdivision in Huntsville. It will connect to Overton through two existing stub streets, Chaco Street and Milas Way.
The Huntsville Planning Commission approved the layout and preliminary plans on September 23, 2025. At that meeting, city engineering staff estimated that road work could begin in roughly three to nine months. A builder has not been publicly named yet. As soon as a builder, home plans or prices are public, we will add them here and email everyone on the list.

- Bring your agent on the first visit. Many builders only let a buyer's agent represent you if the agent is with you, or registers you, the first time you walk in.

- Inspect it anyway. A pre-drywall inspection and a final inspection by your own licensed inspector are worth the money.
- Read the covenants. HOA rules on fences, sheds, parking and rentals vary a lot from one neighborhood to the next.
