Princeton Estates: 177 New Lots in Southwest Decatur
Princeton Estates is a new neighborhood of 177 lots on about 51.5 acres in Southwest Decatur, next to City View Estates and near Austin High School.
In October 2026 the Decatur Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat. The neighborhood will connect through Queenston Loop to Hawthorne Drive. Lots will be a minimum of 5,000 or 7,000 square feet depending on the section, and two ponds are planned for stormwater. A builder has not been publicly named yet. As soon as a builder, home plans or prices are public, we will add them here.
